Registrations are now open for the AQUAEXCEL2020 distance learning course "Training in the Use of the Fish and Chips Tool." This course is part of a series of three free distance learning courses. Participants will improve analysis and functional interpretation of transcriptomic data through training in the use of the FISH & CHIPS tool, a database containing public transcriptomic data related to fish species in various physiological conditions.
The course is organised by Institut National de la Recherche Agronomique (INRA) UMR1419 NUMEA (Nutrition, Métabolisme, Aquaculture), France. The course will be available from December 2020 until September 2020.
